Summary

Normal has two major products: Normcore and Nock.

Normcore relays hundreds of millions of minutes of audio, video, and gameplay streams every month. We'd like to push that to over a billion. Nock is one of the top Meta Quest VR titles available and we'd like to bring it to even more platforms and players.

As a technical producer at Normal, you'll be responsible for maintaining our relationships with Normcore Private partners, Nock hardware partners, and helping to improve our team's process.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous professional experience as a producer on a software team.
• Ability to speak deeply about virtual reality, multiplayer networking, and explain technical concepts to a broad audience.
• Previous success executing high-impact deals that delivered across key business metrics.
• Direct experience with software sales.
• Skilled with technology and strategic problem solving - instinctively knows what's best for Normal and our customers.
• Unity experience is a huge plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Description

Normal is a focused team that works across many parts of the VR industry. In this role, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with our Normcore Private and Nock hardware partners.

One of Normal's secrets is our process. If you're someone who likes to iterate on processes through monthly retrospectives with the team, you'll be an ideal fit for this role.

Education + Experience

Experience with software sales or shipping a title on PlayStation is a huge plus!

B.A./B.S./M.S. EE/CS or equivalent preferred.
