Summary
We're hiring a Developer Marketing Lead to own technical content, marketing, and community for Normcore. You'll write technical guides and tutorials in Unity and C#, manage our marketing presence across normcore.io and our docs site, and work with creators to help game developers get the most out of Normcore.
We're looking for someone who can write clean, accurate technical content and also thinks about how to get it in front of the right people.
Key Qualifications
- Experience writing technical guides, tutorials, or documentation for game developers, and Unity and C# experience is required. Bonus points if you have experience with multiplayer or networking concepts.
- Experience managing a docs site, marketing site, or developer portal.
- Strong written communication skills.Experience working with YouTube creators, streamers, or other content creators in the games space.
- Understanding of how game developers evaluate and adopt tools and SDKs.
- Experience with video production or screen recording for tutorials is a plus.
Description
Normcore provides real-time multiplayer, matchmaking, lobbies, leaderboards, analytics, and accounts APIs for game developers. Our goal is to make it easy for developers to build multiplayer games without having to develop or scale their own backend.

You'll write technical guides in Unity and C#, manage our documentation and marketing materials on normcore.io, and work with YouTube creators and folks in the games community to spread the word about Normcore.
This is a full-time remote role for a Developer Marketing Lead working on Normcore's developer-facing products. You will be responsible for writing technical content, managing our docs and marketing sites, and building relationships with creators in the games community. Game developers are our customers, and they need content that is accurate, clear, and useful. You will work closely with our engineering team to stay on top of new features and translate them into content that developers actually want to read.
